1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platforms, programs, and services provided by TBUN Institute ("we," "our," or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered candidates, corporate clients, and any others who access the TBUN Institute ecosystem.


2. Eligibility and Use of Services

TBUN Institute provides high-level professional training, architectural frameworks, and certification pathways designed for established industry experts.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. Our programs are strictly designed for adult learners, seasoned executives, and corporate entities.

  • Professional Conduct: You agree to interact within our ecosystem (including masterclasses, peer networks, and digital platforms) with the highest level of professional integrity.

  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse our proprietary AI curriculum engines, attempt unauthorized access to our corporate pitch vaults, or use our platforms for any unlawful purposes.


3. Intellectual Property Rights

We respect the tacit knowledge you bring to our programs, and we fiercely protect the architectural frameworks we provide.

  • TBUN's Intellectual Property: All frameworks, AI curriculum engines, compliance matrices, slide architectures, trademarks, and methodologies provided by Tbun Institute are our exclusive property, protected by the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially distribute our proprietary systems without explicit written consent.

  • Your Intellectual Property: You retain full ownership of the raw, tacit industry knowledge and specific content you input into our systems. Our AI acts as a structuring co-pilot; we do not claim ownership of your personal industry secrets.


4. Certification and HRDC Claims

  • Accreditation: While TBUN Institute provides the exact frameworks and guidance required for national accreditation (e.g., JPK, DSD), the final issuance of official certificates is subject to your successful completion of all regulatory requirements and assessments.

  • Corporate Claims: For HRD Corp claimable programs, we provide the necessary documentation and pre-approved structures. However, the final approval of financial claims rests solely with the governing bodies.


5. Termination of Access

TBUN Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our proprietary systems, alumni networks, or ongoing programs if you violate these Terms, engage in unethical professional behavior, or infringe upon our intellectual property.


6. Disclaimers and No Warranties

Our services are designed to architect and scale your authority. However:

  • No Guarantee of Results: Tbun Institute provides "as is" educational frameworks and structural tools. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, corporate contract closures, or exact business growth metrics. Your success depends on your individual effort, market conditions, and the application of the methodologies.

  • Platform Availability: While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our digital tools and AI platforms will be uninterrupted or completely error-free at all times.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, TBUN Institute, its founders, master trainers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of corporate profits or data, arising from your use of our programs, methodologies, or platforms.


8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of TBUN Institute’s services shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.


9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as our academic and compliance standards evolve. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the TBUN Institute ecosystem after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
